There’s a lot to know about the Yes Card program! We want to share information with you and answer any questions you may have. If you have filled out the form prior to orientation, you will receive a paper copy of Yes Card. Meeting is for adults; 6th graders are not required to attend but are welcome in childcare. Childcare and pizza provided.
Public Schools: Fill out the request form here. Join us at orientation at your school to learn more and receive a printed copy of your Yes Card. Cards will also be emailed to parents/caregivers by end of August.
Private or Homeschool: Fill out request form here. Once enrollment/homeschool status is verified, card will be emailed by end of August.
