Our instructor will lead you in designing your own Ghosts out of slabs just in time for Fall! \nOur handbuilding workshops are a great way to be introduced to clay. DESCRIPTION:Broadway Clay offers week long clay camps in a professional studio environment. Through exploration\, students become independent learners who aren’t afraid to freely create and make messy mistakes! Our qualified instructors teach skills that allow students to develop artwork worthy for a portfolio. She has been part of the Broadway Clay community for over two years and currently teaches many of our classes and private lessons.

DESCRIPTION:Ages: 5-11 \nKids night is designed as a fun introduction to clay and a perfect time to drop your kids off in a safe & enriching environment while you eat dinner downtown or run some errands. \nThis class is a drop off program for kids only who are independent workers. We have a Monday night class for kids who need an adult with them. \nPottery will be ready for pick up in 2 to 3 weeks\, and you will receive an email or text when finished. SUMMARY:Derby Day: Try the pottery wheel!
DESCRIPTION:Want to experience what it’s like to be a potter? For 15 minutes you can try a potter’s wheel to see what you can make with a lump of clay. Only 10 participants at a time\, so choose a time slot from the drop down menu and make sure you are punctual! \nThe registration cost includes the glaze and firing fee. Our potters finish the pieces for you to be dishwasher/microwave safe! Pots will take 4 weeks to fire and they are food-safe stoneware. They can be picked up at the studio or shipped. Pots will be held at the studio for 4 weeks after notification of pick-up. After that\, they will be discarded. \nCost: $10

SUMMARY:Spring Break Camp: Mythical Creatures
DESCRIPTION:$165 \nAges 7-12 \nInstructor: Leah \nCampers will learn wheel throwing and hand building methods during this weeklong ceramics class exploring Mythical Animals. Campers will build clay creatures\, create their own magical wands\, throw pots to transform them into mythical eggs & feeding dishes\, and paint designs with glaze. \nThe cost includes instruction time\, materials\, and firings. It will take three weeks for our staff to fire the pieces and paint them with a high gloss glaze. These will be treasured for years to come and the pots are dishwasher and microwave safe!
