All middle schoolers in Franklin County will receive a Yes Card for the 2024-2025 school year.

Bondurant Middle School

Sixth Grade
You will receive paper copy at

Elkhorn Middle School

Once you have filled out the request form and we have verified your homeschool status with your school district, you will receive your card by email.

How to Use Your Yes Card...

Once you receive your yes card, it can be used the same way a credit card is used at approved Yes Card vendors. Detailed instructions will also be given to each family. All Yes Cards will be valid through July 31, 2025.
