Yes Card Provider Training (2023-2024 School Year)

Below you will find the steps that every Yes Card provider is required to complete in order to be in compliance with your Provider Agreement for the 2023-24 school year. If you attended the 2023 Prevention is Possible Summit, you do not need to complete this training. Remember, only one person from your organization needs to complete this training. However, we highly recommend that anyone working with youth completes it as well.

Step 1: Watch the recorded Yes Card Provider Training presented at the Summit.
Step 2: Click the link below, create an account, and complete the HOPE and Substance Use Prevention, Intervention, and Treatment course. This course is two modules (plus an introduction) with quizzes after each module.

Step 3: Take a screenshot of your results of the final quiz and email it to Ellery at [email protected].
