Yes Card Provider Training

All Yes Card providers are required to complete this training in order to be in compliance with your Provider Agreement.

Step 1: Watch the recorded Yes Card Provider Training presented at the Summit.

Step 2: Click the link below, create an account, and complete the HOPE and Substance Use Prevention, Intervention, and Treatment course. This course is two modules (plus an introduction) with quizzes after each module.
