Just Say Yes is a youth wellness and substance use prevention coalition that gives all middle school students in the county an electronic gift card (known as the Yes Card) that can be used at a list of approved out-of-school activity providers. Our mission is to create an environment for youth to grow up healthy and drug-free by increasing access to healthy connections and support during out-of-school time as well as at home, in school and with peers.

  • All Providers must have liability insurance, complete background checks, serve school aged kids and accept Mastercard. Providers are also required to complete required training each year (not to exceed 7 hours).

    STEP ONE

    Submit Business Information

    We use this to promote your business! We will list you on our website, e-newsletter and any promotional materials we hand out. We will also share your content on social media and our calendar.

    STEP TWO

    Agreement Form

    Fill out the provider agreement between the Franklin County Health Department and your business. After completed, please email to [email protected].

    STEP THREE

    Background Check

    Background checks will be ran on any personnel working with youth in Yes Card eligible programs. If your business already requires background checks, please let us know and we will skip this step.

    STEP FOUR

    Training

    We value your time, but we think it's important for all of our vendors to have an understanding of what we do and why. Every provider is required to complete this virtual training.

    STEP FIVE

    Activate Card

    Once all steps are completed, you will receive an electronic activation card through email from Yiftee, our third party card company. You should be able to put this activation card in your online payment system or run it through your credit card machine, just like how you would run any other card. This will allow all future YES Cards to be run through that Point-Of-Sale system.
