The Yes Card exists to help kids find positive activities they enjoy.

What is a Yes Card?

A Yes Card is an electronic gift card that can be used to pay for youth activities from a list of approved providers in Franklin County. It is part of Just Say Yes, a youth wellness and substance use prevention initiative that encourages positive support for young people in Franklin County.

Just Say Yes uses data to guide actions that build healthy environments for children and adolescents so they can grow up healthy and drug-free. The Yes Card provides fun, supervised activities when school is not in session. The Yes Card started in 2020 as a CDC-funded pilot for 300 students. It has since expanded to all public middle school students in Franklin County.
