Life Adventures Center uses outdoor adventure to transform lives affected by trauma and build more resilient people for a better world. LAC provides experiential education and outdoor adventure programs to groups across central Kentucky to build resilience and self-regulation. Life Adventure Center offers summer camps for youth ages 6-16.
