For all public middle school students, sign up is now located on your school's online registration form! Be sure to check YES on the question that asks if you'd like to receive a yes card. After that, no need to do anything- you will receive an email in August about finishing up the process to get your card issued.

If you have already registered your middle school child for the 26-27 school year and aren't sure if you checked the box.. that's ok! Fill out this request form to ensure your child gets a Yes Card.
