In Tune: Concert Series

The city, with help from a National Endowment for the Arts grant, is rolling out a four-part cultural concert series called In Tune at four different parks this spring and summer.
The first performance in the series, which is slated for Tuesday, April 30, at State Stadium, will be in conjunction with the International Jazz Day celebration and feature Dr. Keith McCutchen and several Kentucky State University student groups. KSU is partnering with the city for the event.
At each concert in the series — which are free — there will be food trucks, live music, special performances and family-friendly activities.Â
All special events will be listed on the city’s website at www.frankfort.ky.gov/Calendar.aspx and site users can sign up for notifications.
