Open to youth ages 9-18 years old. Youth and their dogs will learn obedience, companionship, and responsible dog ownership. The 1964 March on Frankfort was organized by Kentuckians with guest speakers Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr, and Jackie Robinson.
