Yoga… with dogs. (and probably a little chaos)
I’m teaming up with the Franklin County KY Humane Society for a laid-back, beginner-friendly class where adoptable pups will be roaming around while we move, breathe, and do our best to stay focused (no promises).
Expect paws, poses, puppy kisses… maybe a possum (okay probably not, but still)
