Youth Cafe

Just Say Yes is offering a pilot program starting this month! Youth Cafe is free and open to teens in Frankfort, ages 12-18.
Kentucky is strengthening youth (ages 9-26) and their families by building five Protective Factors that help youth overcome challenges and adversities. Youth Thrive believes that youth are leaders who thrive when they have Protective Factors in their life, and supports that embody the Six Guiding Premises.
